The cross between a Perlino stallion, whose coat cream coat with slightly reddish tones in the mane and tail, caused by double dilution of the cream gene over the bay base., and a Paint Black mare with coat the (To) gene acts on the base coat forming large, well-defined white patches across the body and legs.
