The cross between a Cremello stallion, whose coat very pale cream coat, almost white, with blue eyes, caused by double dilution of the cream gene over the chestnut base., and a Smoky Black mare with coat slightly faded black coat caused by a single copy of the cream gene over the black base., can produce 6 different coat colors: Perlino (20%), Buckskin (20%), Cremello (18%), Palomino (18%), Smoky Cream (13%) and Smoky Black (13%).
