The head and legs retain the original base color tones. Cream coat with slightly reddish tones in the mane and tail, caused by double dilution of the cream gene over the bay base., and a Smoky Black mare with coat slightly faded black coat caused by a single copy of the cream gene over the black base., can produce 12 different coat colors: Roan Perlino (15%), Perlino (15%), Roan Buckskin (15%), Buckskin (15%), Roan Smoky Cream (7%), Smoky Cream (7%), Roan Smoky Black (7%), Smoky Black (7%), Roan Cremello (3%), Cremello (3%), Roan Palomino (3%) and Palomino (3%).
